However, we only offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

We encourage you to carefully check your order upon receipt and report any discrepancies as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on providing quality products, and we apologize for any experience that does not meet our standards.

2. Exchange procedure

If you received a defective product:

  • Contact our customer service at contact@dermi.fr in the 7 days following receipt of your order , by providing us with your order number, a photo of the defective product and a description of the problem.
  • Once your request is validated, we will provide you with a return label or the necessary instructions.
